Sunlight Through the Trees

sunlight through trees

“I took this photo through the trees while hiking with my son through Turkey Run State Park in Indiana. I was struck by the awesome contrast of light and dark and the cross-like formation of the sun caught through the lens. I saturated the photo a bit and softened the edges to enhance the effect it had on my heart. I love the glow of the green. This photo continues to speak to me of the luminous beauty of Christ’s light, ever penetrating the dark to illuminate Love’s path for the seeking (or hiding!) soul.”
