“One night during retreat, I thought I missed the sunset, because I became distracted before setting out on foot for the bay. I rounded a corner of the house to find these colors waiting for me. God knew my longing and sent an infinite reminder of grace always waiting!”

My story books usually ended with people walking ttowards beautiful sunsets, with the words: “and they lived happily ever after”. Your beautiful sunset, Pat, makes me want to “take off” (airport sunset)towards such a heavenly paradise, and there to live in eternal bliss. Thank you.
Thank you, Tina… It lingers within…even when I am not there in person! Blessings!
What a big contrast of colours and yet still a wonderful insight! God brings order out of confusion. Be blessed.
Thanks, John… Love the insight in “order out of confusion.”
Thank you Pat ,for sharing that beautiful picture.
It is a reminder…Summer, 2013 is also around the corner!
The day may be over, but God’s work is not done. It reminds me of the fire of Pentecost, ready to descend upon us. Beautiful. Thank you for sharing.
I like the Pentecost connection, Kathy! Thank you.
So timely…that reminder in this 6th week of Easter…TY.
What a beautiful landscape. Reminds me of God’s surprising presence just around the corner….even when I resist a turn in the road. Simply magnificent!
Thank you for visiting the site and taking the time to comment, Barbara.
So true, Barbara… Resistances turned to consolation when touched and transformed by grace! Thank you….much of my new ability to “see” more…directly linked to St. John Bible and Seeing the Word!
Pat what a beautiful shot you captured, Our Creator never disappoints.
How true, Julie!
